    Just taken a peek at your photo album, now i know where the 666 in 666viva comes from!

    my father owned a 666 viva, an HB "CPK 666H" :D

    "Good luck stripping it down, Don't think Vauxhall ever fitted any suspension bolts with grease so you may have to cut a couple out, lower wish bone bolt, but worst is top shock bolt seizes, have to do a hacksaw cut either side, takes a while!!"

    Just finished stripping it this afternoon.. no hacksaw needed!! a gallon of WD40 maybe :D

    most of the bushes are borked so it looks like I will be needing a set!

    hi spoke to my guy , he rallies a ex works chevette , i think he has two or three , at the moment his block is at the engine shop , he was going to get it skimed to overcome the gasket problem , can you ring me on 07074 911 930 and i will pass on your details cheers mervyn

    hi thanks for the reply, we have a thundersaloon body shell the ex mike smith car we bought it from martin baker, just didnt know how many cars that where built , thanks mervyn

    I think their was only the 1 chevette in the thundersaloons, Mark Dawson got it and was going to use it in his blue HSR rep, taken off as needed fixing. Sadly Marks not around anymore so don't have any other info, very nice head though!! in Bromley if you wanted to compare.
